Mark H. Wright
Founder & Trial Attorney
Mark H. Wright is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on serious injury and wrongful death: premises liability, products liability, negligent security, insurance disputes, and automobile, truck, and motorcycle collisions.
Mark has lectured on a variety of trial-related topics over the years. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association. He earned his B.A. from Tulane University and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law.
Outside the courtroom, Mark and his wife are raising two young children, along with three dogs, two cats, and some fish.

Kristi Neher Davisson
Trial Attorney
Kristi Neher Davisson brings more than twenty-five years of Florida trial experience to the firm. She has litigated motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, product liability, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.
A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where she earned honors, and the University of Florida, Kristi is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator and arbitrator.
